Sad Proses as Past time

I am fond of reading literature, as a student it enhances my vocabulary and even my reading comprehension skills. It is too useful to read novels and short stories, or even poems that suits your interest. Literature helps a lot in studying to enchance their communication skills.

I began reading Proses recently in the Internet to discuss the feelings of other people. Personal proses usually are the experiences of the author from a certain situation like childhood, teenage life, parenting, school works and etc. in a creative and literary way. Usually proses are short stories, essays, and other that is written in paragraph form. Reading proses as recreation or hobby seems good to me. You can learn lot of things in reading the works of other people. You can learn how to act in a certain situation related in the story or prose you have read.

I prefer to read Sad Proses when browsing my page on a social website. One of my friend shares a link through websites which contains literary works, especially proses, song reviews, and which i like most, the proses from the authors experience. My friend shared me the link of "Dream Hugger Twilight". I am so curious if its about the saga twilight of its name, but upon browsing it, i read articles and proses that i prefer yo to read.

I am a fan of the Sad Proses, "The Salty Coffee", and "Even the winged fall". The prose "The Salty Coffee" shows us even the saltiness of ones life or the mistakes that we have done, at the end, there still be a sweetness of life we can taste. In the Prose "Even the Winged Fall", shows of eternal love, that even angels to what it takes to love a mortal. If you read these Proses I recommended, Ihpoe you will be a fan of it too.

Accounting

That applies whether they're leaving the accounting firm to go work for a corporation or if they're seeking to return to the public accounting firm from an auditing job at an individual company.

College graduates with an accounting degree but not yet a CPA designation might make between $35,000 and $45,000 a year, or up to $50,000 in large cities like New York. After a years they can command a substantial pay hike if they move to large company as an internal staff auditor or to a smaller company as controller. At that point, their salary can jump to anywhere from $50,000 to $75,000.

The expectation is that they will obtain their CPA designation.

If they choose to return to a public accounting firm as an audit manager after a couple of years at a corporation they can earn a salary of $70,000 to $85,000.

Sales and marketing

The healthcare and biomedical fields offer some good pay opportunity for those on the business side.

Business development directors, product managers and associate product managers working for medical device makers, for instance, can do quite well for themselves if they make a successful record on managing a certain concept, execution and sales strategy for a medical device before jumping ship.

Typically, they have an MBA in marketing plus at least two to three years' experience on the junior end to between five and eight years' experience at the more senior levels. That experience ideally will be in the industry where they're finding job.

An associate product manager might make a base salary of $55,000 to $75,000. A product manager can make a base of $75,000 to $95,000, while a business development director may make $120,000 to $160,000. Those salaries don't include bonuses.

The business development director seeking a vice president position could boost his base to between $150,000 to $200,000 -- depending on whether the new company is a risky start-up or established device maker.

As well in Philippines most of the business either small or large in in need of accountant preferably a CPA. They are also in need of book keepers. You can notice it on classified adds where they are finding most accountants.

Legal

Intellectual property attorneys specializing in patent law and the legal secretaries who have experience helping to prepare patent applications are highly desirable these days.

The most in demand are those lawyers with not only a J.D. but also an advanced degree in electrical and mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biotechnology, pharmacology or computer science.

Even those patent lawyers who just have an undergraduate and have and aquired knowledge about those fields are qualified.

Patent lawyers working for a law firm might make $125,000 to $135,000 to start or about $90,000 if they work for a corporation that's trying to get a patent or to protect one they already have. With a couple of years' experience, they can expect a 10 percent jump or better when they get another job.

Legal secretaries, meanwhile, might make $65,000 at a law firm or $55,000 at a corporation. Should they choose to move to a new employer, they can command close to a 10 percent bump in pay.

Technology

Two tech jobs in high demand these days are .NET (dot net) developers and quality assurance analysts.

Developers who are expert users of Microsoft's software programming language .NET can make between $75,000 and $85,000 a year in major cities. If they pursue a job at a company that seeks someone with a background in a given field (say, a firm looking for a .NET developer experienced in using software related to derivatives) they might rise up a salary hike of 15 percent or more when they switch jobs.

Those who work in software quality management, meanwhile, might make $65,000 to $75,000 a year and be able to negotiate a 10 percent to 15 percent jump in pay if they switch jobs.

Manufacturing and engineering

Despite all the announced job cuts in the automotive industry, quality and process engineers, as well as plant managers certified in what's known as "Lean Manufacturing" techniques, are hot commodities.

The same applies to professionals in similar positions at other types of manufacturers.

One Lean Manufacturing technique is to use video cameras to capture the manufacturing process. A quality engineer will analyze the tapes to identify areas in the process that create inefficiencies or excess waste, both in terms of materials and workers' time.

Process and manufacturing engineers might make between $65,000 and $75,000. With a certification in lean manufacturing and a few years' experience, they can command pay hikes of between 15 percent and 20 percent if they choose to switch jobs.

A plant manager making between $90,000 and $120,000 may expect to get a 10 percent raise or more.

The teenagers today

As one of them I can relate myself to the problems of us teenagers today. Here in the Philippines most follows the trends they seen on the media like the actors or actresses they seen on their television or the genres of music they are listening to, or even the technology affects them. Some foreign studies show that mostly teenagers lose their self-confidence. They prefer to use their cellphones than to talk to someone even in near distance.

Another one is the teenage early pregnancy. Teenagers nowadays is prone in using drugs and prefer to be with their friends rather than their families. Lack of parental guidance is a factor, but then, the parents it's self is also another factor. A good behavior starts at home, the parents are the one who first teaches the child on how the things are going, or on how the things are used to be. But, in some cases parents in home is the problem why their son or daughter become rebellious. Too strict parents choke their childrens. Telling their childrens the things they want, that is not suitable for their children. Because their parent is not listening to them they run through their friends, seeks advice. Other of their friends take that chance to encourage them to use drugs to "escape the problems". But then too much usu of illegal drugs is another story.
I heard a story about a girl whose accidentally got pregnant because of the choice of wrong friends. Friend told me, the girl is off to meet their friends who really she doesn't know. She attend that eyeball session. She doesn't know that the place she going to attend has a lot of boys. The last thing she remembers is she was covered with the face towel and she was fainted.

For the parents open communication is the best solution to provide the teenagers today needs.
Listen to the thing they like or didn't like.

Introduction - The birth of mayuri's ideas into the web.

This is my first post, it's the birth day of this site well, why it is called "Mayuri's Lab Site" eh? Well it was named after the great and intelligent captain of the GOTEI 13, Kurotsuchi Mayuri. Thru, simple but bright ideas coming from it's magnificent mind. It not all about him, you will find here but projects which is assigned to me. As a "baby blog" it comes from nothing to something. From simple to complicate ideas, from scratch to hopefully "gold", from nonesense thing to deadly and obnoxious ones. From this to another great one.
